Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are estimates only unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment.

If we are unable to dispatch or deliver your order within the expected timeframe, we will contact you using the details you provided.

Returns

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To cancel, please contact us at info@shieldedflowsupplies.com within 14 days of delivery.
You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Returned goods should be unused and in a resaleable condition where possible.

Refunds

We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

We will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of standard delivery.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shieldedflowsupplies.com with your order details and, where possible, photographs.

Bespoke or customised items

Bespoke, personalised or custom-made items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or not as described.

Return address

Please contact us before returning goods so we can confirm the correct return instructions and address.
