2. Products

We sell tamper-evident bags and related products in the sizes and pack quantities shown on our website.

All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided in good faith. Colours, packaging and minor details may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods from us.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

You will receive an order confirmation by email after your order is placed.
A contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm dispatch, or otherwise confirm acceptance.

4. Prices

All prices shown on the website are in pounds sterling (£).

VAT is not charged unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges are shown at checkout or otherwise confirmed before payment.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.

7. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

8. Consumer cancellation rights

If you are a consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods back, or evidence that they have been returned, whichever is earlier.

We will refund the price paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we only refund the standard delivery cost.

9. Exceptions to cancellation

The right to cancel does not apply to:
– bespoke, personalised or custom-made items
– any other goods excluded by law

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

11. Bespoke and customised orders

Bespoke or customised orders are subject to quotation, minimum quantities, production requirements and acceptance by us.

Unless faulty or not as described, bespoke or custom-made items cannot usually be cancelled or returned once production has started.

12. Business customers

Where you are buying for business purposes, you must ensure that all order details, specifications and delivery information are correct before placing the order.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights.

Subject to the above, our liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
